Job Description

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, supporting individuals with medication management, and promoting their overall wellbeing.

Key Skills
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £20,763 - £21,739 per annum, inclusive of a 10% shift allowance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our team.
