We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Director to join our Commercial Fit Out team in London.

About the Role

As a Strategic Project Director, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery. You will work closely with clients to ensure their objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Our Commercial Fit Out team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
  • Lead compliance efforts for quality, safety, health, and environment issues on project commissions
  • Develop and implement effective project governance processes and systems
  • Oversee project planning, including producing detailed project plans
  • Advise on resource procurement and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Maintain project finances and administer contracts
  • Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project)
  • Able to analyze complex data, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity, and willingness to push beyond barriers
Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
