IT Support Specialist

**About the Company:** DLS Computers is a dynamic and growing IT company based in Chelmsford, supporting primary schools in the Essex area.
We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT technician to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven understanding of Windows 10/11 desktops and some server and group policy knowledge, with at least two years previous experience. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, visiting their sites on a regular basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
**Requirements:
- Excellent people skills and ability to work independently
- Full / clean driving licence and use of a car
- Good Windows 10/11 desktop support & deployment skills
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Group Policy knowledge
**Salary:** The salary for this role is negotiable, depending on experience, but is in the range of £28,000 - £33,000 Pro Rata. This will start with three days a week, working up to full time, but a full-time position could be offered to an ideal candidate. Although this is advertised as PAYE, this may also suit a self-employed individual, but the company's work would have to take priority.
