Product Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team at Spire. As a Product Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving product quality to meet the necessary standards and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Product Quality Assurance: Ensure that all product-related tasks are completed in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure that product-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- 5 years' experience in the Space/Aerospace or similar domain
- 7 years in Quality (preferably as Project/Product PA)
- Knowledge of ECSS (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate
- Proactivity, open-mindedness
