We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Assurance Manager to join our team at Spire. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product quality to meet the necessary standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance to project requirements and document deviations as necessary.
- Develop and implement Product Assurance strategies and processes for Spire.
- Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards, and Regulations.
- Establish and maintain interfaces with Customer Quality representatives for all relevant Product Assurance matters.
- Define reliability, dependability, and safety analysis requirements from customer specifications.
- Interface with Project Management teams for all relevant Product Assurance matters.
- Establish Project Product Assurance Plans in accordance with Product Assurance requirements and ensure their implementation.
- Manage Non-Conformities according to applicable requirements and processes internally and with suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer.
- Coordinate Project Quality team activities, ensuring the Product Assurance Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers.
- Prepare and verify/approve Quality documents under your responsibility.
- Report Quality aspects to the Customer, PMO, and management.
- Control technology validations and hardware and component qualification according to the Development Plan.
- Participate in internal and Customer Project meetings and reviews, providing Quality contributions as necessary.
- Formalize, capitalize, and promote lessons learned.
- Ensure Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions.
- Implement continuous improvement processes.

- QA representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable
- 5 years' experience in the Space/Aerospace or similar domain
- 7 years in Quality (preferably as Project/Product PA)
- Knowledge of ECSS (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate and delegate
- Proactivity and open-mindedness
Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in office.
Access to US export-controlled software and/or technology may be required.
