Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team at Spire. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product quality to meet the necessary standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance to project requirements and document deviations as necessary.
  • Develop and implement Product Assurance strategies and processes for Spire.
  • Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards, and Regulations.
  • Establish and maintain interfaces with Customer Quality representatives and Project Management teams.
  • Define reliability, dependability, and safety analysis requirements from customer specifications.
  • Coordinate Project Quality team activities and ensure proper implementation of the PA Plan.
  • Manage Non-Conformities and ensure proper visibility to the Customer.
  • Prepare and verify Quality documents, and ensure proper reporting of Quality aspects.
  • Control technology validations and hardware and component qualification.
  • Participate in Project meetings and reviews, providing Quality contributions as necessary.
  • Ensure lessons learned are formalized, capitalized, and promoted.
  • Ensure Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes.

Required Experiences and Skills
  • 5 years' experience in the Space/Aerospace or similar domain
  • 7 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA)
  • Knowledge of ECSS (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and delegate
