Product Assurance Manager

Spire is seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Product Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving product quality to meet the necessary standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and document deviations.
- Develop and implement Product Assurance strategies and processes.
- Ensure project activities are carried out in compliance with the Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards, and Regulations.
- Establish and maintain interfaces with Customer Quality representatives.
- Drive and own the definition of reliability, dependability & safety analysis requirements.
- Interface with Project Management teams for all relevant Product Assurance matters.
- Establish Project PA Plans and ensure their implementation.
- Manage Non-Conformities and ensure proper visibility to the Customer.
- Coordinate Project Quality team activities and ensure the PA Plan is flowed down at all levels.
- Prepare and verify Quality documents.
- Ensure proper reporting of Quality aspects to the Customer, PMO, and management.
- Control technology validations and hardware and component qualification.
- Participate in Project meetings and reviews, providing Quality contributions.
- Ensure lessons learnt are formalized, capitalized & promoted.
- Ensure Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions.
- Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented.
Main Interfaces:
- Spire Program Manager and PMO team
- Spire
- Customer PA Manager and Project team
- QA representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable
Required Experiences and Skills:
- 5 years' experience in the Space/Aerospace or similar domain
- 7 years in Quality (preferably as Project/Product PA)
- Knowledge of ECSS (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate
- Proactivity, open-mindedness
Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Access to US export-controlled software and/or technology may be required.
