As a Product Assurance Manager at Spire, you will play a critical role in driving product quality to meet the necessary standards. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Product Assurance processes and practices as we continue to develop in this area.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance to project requirements or document and justify deviations.
- Develop and implement Product Assurance strategies and processes for Spire.
- Ensure project activities are carried out in compliance with the Company Quality Management System, applicable standards, and regulations.
- Establish and maintain interfaces with Customer Quality representatives for all relevant Product Assurance matters.
- Drive and own the definition of reliability, dependability, and safety analysis requirements drawn from customer specifications.
- Interface with Project Management teams for all relevant Product Assurance matters.
- Establish Project Product Assurance Plans (if applicable) in accordance with Product Assurance requirements and ensure correct implementation throughout the project.
- Manage Non-Conformities according to applicable requirements and processes internally and within suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer.
- Coordinate Project Quality team activities, ensuring the Product Assurance Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers.
- Prepare selected Quality documents under responsibility and verify/approve other project Quality documents.
- Ensure proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO, and management.
- Control technology validations and hardware and component qualification according to the Development Plan.
- Ensure participation in (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contributions whenever necessary.
- Ensure lessons learned are formalized, capitalized, and promoted.
- Ensure all Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions.
- Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented.

- 5 years' experience in the Space Domain
- 7 years in Quality (preferably as Project/Product PA)
- Knowledge of ECSS
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate
- Proactivity, open-mindedness
