Ward Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ward Manager to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Attleborough area. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of adult patients.
  • Coordinating care with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote professional development and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience in acute adult services, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare teams.
