Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Team Manager, Travel Portfolio. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving stretch revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate the commercial performance of your team by building and executing strategic sales plans to exceed targeted revenues across all product lines.
  • Identify revenue opportunities on a tactical basis using data as your primary indicator, measuring performance against expectation.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential and drive exceptional performance.
  • Seek opportunities to try new and different solutions and bring plans to life both within your team and cross-functionally.
  • Identify training needs and take ownership to deliver improvements required.
  • Build and nurture a successful network of advocates with key clients, industry associations, and other strategic partners.
Requirements
  • Possess a proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Be able to manage a complex sales pipeline, accurately review and forecast performance, market trends, and risks.
  • Have experience mentoring sales professionals, leading in areas without authority by supporting and promoting sales excellence through a consistent approach to core skills practice and training.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive innovation, inform sales strategies, and tactics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering best-in-class exhibitions, staying ahead of future trends and emerging technologies, and successfully representing RX Global at industry events.
  • Be able to travel (XX%) and have a flexible working arrangement.
