About the Role

This exciting position plays a pivotal role in reconciling and managing client money, working closely with clients and underwriters. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or insurance broking accounts, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT MANAGERS IN CLIENT FINANCE TEAMS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL SERVICE LEVELS FOR INSURERS.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSURERS THROUGH PROCESS REVIEW AND PARTNERSHIP MEETINGS.
  • DEVELOP AND MONITOR KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) TO ENSURE THE TEAM MEETS PERFORMANCE TARGETS.
  • MANAGE CREDIT CONTROL REQUESTS FROM INSURERS IN A TIMELY AND ACCURATE MANNER.
  • PROVIDE MANAGEMENT REPORTS ON KEY TARGETS, PROJECTS, AND INSURER ISSUES.

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to interpret financial data. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with industry software such as Power BI, Brokersure BE/EA, and A4B.
