Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Olleco, a leading recycling and renewable energy company. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with operational departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

About the Role

This is a phone-based customer service role, taking inbound and making outbound calls to our valued customers. You will be responsible for building rapport, resolving issues, and providing creative solutions to meet customer needs. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone-based interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with operational departments to identify and resolve customer issues, providing proactive solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize computer-based systems to manage customer accounts, identify potential issues, and provide creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably phone-based.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
