About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Impact division at Citation Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in informing and driving our campaign activity to maximize our reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our multiple market-leading brands, including iHasco, uCheck SMAS, and others.
  • Effectively communicate potential risks related to data volumes and quality to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure on-the-day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments.
  • Create and analyze campaign performance reports, providing strategic recommendations and applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias.
  • Develop and maintain data flows for campaigns in our campaign management platform, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel, to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Travel as required to support business needs.
