Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department in ensuring a high-performing team and a fast and efficient service is provided within the practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing paperwork, and responding to correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including designing and writing job adverts, preparing interviewer assessment packs, and sending out relevant information to new starters.
  • Support the HR team in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
  • Provide training and development support to employees, including administering training, providing training reports, and identifying and raising training issues.
  • Collect and analyze information in relation to staff surveys, produce and analyze reports from the HR system, and provide monthly HR reports for the Management Board.
  • Ensure that all HR systems and staff records are accurately maintained, and that all confidential information is handled in accordance with practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of general education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • CIPD qualified to Level 3 or equivalent
  • HR system skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to effectively manage own workload and meet deadlines
Working Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, 17:00 pm finish

Salary:

£11.44 to £12.46 an hour in line with Holderness Health Pay Policy
