We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team and take ownership of all talent acquisition efforts globally.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, working closely with senior business leaders to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy, aligned with the firm's business objectives.
  2. Work closely with senior business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  3. Oversee the development and execution of the early talent program and lateral talent plan.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition efforts with other HR functions.
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis on talent acquisition metrics and trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR, with a specialization in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong academic profile and any additional industry qualifications.
