**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service and building trust with customers.
  • Work closely with the Value Team to ensure customers receive the best value from their Utility Warehouse account.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
