About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Manager to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals processing work for our landlord customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering business objectives and improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of business systems and processes, with experience of implementing process improvements.
