Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Apex Elite is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely sales pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with the CSO and CCO to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales performance.
- Provide insights and analysis from data within the CRM system to inform business decisions.
- Manage and improve sales processes, including quoting, pricing, and sales commission calculations.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
