Commercial Operations Manager

As a Commercial Operations Manager at Apex Elite, you will be responsible for driving sales operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing sales performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Operational Reporting: Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline reporting, providing insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Lead the review and enhancement of existing sales processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to document and implement improvements, ensuring ease of use, speed, and accuracy.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales pipeline speed and momentum, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Commercial Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, identifying pricing trends and commercial models to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Quoting Tool Management: Oversee the quoting tool used by internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Sales Commission Calculations: Manage sales commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or substantial alternative experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
