Job Title: Client Success Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Relationship Manager to join our team at Citation Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our clients' business and increase retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
