About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Relationship Manager to join our team at Citation Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within client accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
