Additionally, are you a proficient copywriter and editor?

Aldrich & Company Limited is a dynamic FinTech organization with ambitious goals. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to collaborate with the Client Team to elevate brand recognition and stimulate business expansion.

This position operates on a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing brand visibility among targeted sponsors and influencers
  • Assisting the Client team in the execution and planning of initiatives aligned with the marketing strategy
  • Monitoring metrics of the newly launched website and implementing continuous improvements
  • Formulating and executing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Providing logistical support for events such as roundtables, including coordination and follow-up
  • Supporting the CEO in communications with key media contacts and developing a public relations strategy
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing marketing data to assess the effectiveness of various campaigns
  • Reviewing company positioning for consistency across all platforms, including the website and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining current client and prospect records within CRM systems
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development, Relationship Management, Design, and Leadership Teams

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing within Financial Services or FinTech
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Strong writing skills for marketing content
  • Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word, with a keen eye for design
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High energy and a growth-oriented mindset
