About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans that engage consumers and premium HORECA customers & stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive brand engagement, consumption, consumer acquisition, and awareness.
  • Lead the marketing team to create excellent, disruptive content aligned to brand positioning (written, video, visual) to drive consumer acquisition and embed the brand positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Work with the eCommerce team to drive ongoing consumer understanding – A/B tests, analysis of messaging etc to refine and improve the DTC strategy.
  • Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of the brand and its touchpoints, bringing its unique purpose and image to life at the point of choice and consumption.
  • Manage external comms and PR agencies to deliver the plan.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Lead and inspire the internal marketing team to activate the plan effectively.
  • Manage and support Training and Brand Ambassadors to deliver industry-leading training (in person, materials, online).
  • Ensure all innovation delivers a perfect brand product experience.
Requirements
  • Proven brand marketing skills, ideally with experience in both consumer and trade marketing, and quite likely within a premium food and drink category.
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel, full-mix marketing plans, social media strategy, and brand content creation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results.
  • Leadership experience including managing and coaching direct reports, and working cross-functionally to drive projects.
  • UK market experience is key, but some global/international market experience would be a bonus.
