Location: Covering various locations across the UK.

Working Hours: Full Time, Permanent. Standard hours are typically from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.

Role Objective: To spearhead and oversee the marketing strategy and execution for Japan Centre, enhancing brand visibility, customer interaction, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Enhance press coverage, brand recognition, and sales performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, emphasizing return on investment across various marketing channels including social media, digital marketing, and event promotions.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for brand growth through collaborations and market trends.
  • Oversee social media content planning and execution, collaborating with designers and third parties as needed.
  • Manage advertising efforts, fostering long-term relationships with external agencies and ensuring timely delivery of creative materials.
  • Prepare and present project plans, performance reports, and campaign statistics to senior management.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty through innovative marketing approaches.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven creative ability with a knack for anticipating trends and themes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and collaboration within teams.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
  • Background in B2C retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media and email marketing.
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
  • Videography and editing skills are advantageous.
