Driver Awareness Training Coordinator

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to designated training activities, ensuring accurate records and effective filing systems are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact for training administration queries
- Maintaining accurate records of training applications and allocations
- Administering filing and record-keeping systems to comply with Freedom of Information Act and Force Procedure
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of learning/training management systems
- Producing management information reports from training data
- Completing information to support training purchases and confirming invoice validity
Essential qualifications include education to QCF Level 2 or significant work experience deemed comparable. Essential experience includes office environment experience with organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
