About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Awareness Training Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support for designated training activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for training-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate records of training applications and allocations
  • Administering filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of learning management systems
  • Producing management information reports from training data
  • Completing information to support training purchases and confirming invoice validity

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should be educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) or have significant work experience deemed to be equivalent.

Essential Experience

Candidates should have experience working in an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in keyboard skills, including word documents and spreadsheets, is essential.
