Driver Awareness Training Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Awareness Training Administrator. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for designated training activities, ensuring accurate records and documentation, and maintaining filing and record-keeping systems.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administrative support for training activities, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  2. Maintaining filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with Freedom of Information Act and Force Procedure.
  3. Assisting with the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of learning/training management systems.
  4. Interrogating records and producing management information reports from training data.
  5. Completing information to support training purchases and confirming validity of invoices for payment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Educated to QCF Level passes or significant work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.

Experience in an office environment, demonstrating organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Competent keyboard user, including word documents and spreadsheets, and confident in the use of laptops and dealing with minor software errors.
