**Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Professional**

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team at Mytime Active, a social enterprise dedicated to improving wellbeing through our services. If you have a passion for marketing and enjoy creating powerful campaigns, this role may be perfect for you.

As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive brand equity. This will involve leading the strategic direction for brand creative, design, and content, as well as implementing tactical campaigns across various marketing channels to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Lead the development of brand creative, design, and content to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Implement tactical campaigns across various marketing channels, including digital and offline channels
  • Manage the brand strategy and communication to build customer relationships and drive business growth
  • Oversee campaign management from concept to analytics, focusing on ROI and continuous improvement

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in online and offline marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, SEO, PPC, and CRM

  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
