About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Selectamark Security Systems plc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Act as the chief brand ambassador for our two hero brands, SelectaDNA and BikeRegister, and develop strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Planning: Plan, set up, and attend exhibitions and conferences to showcase our products and services.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives, including creating and maintaining marketing collateral, social media content, and press releases.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters and/or Mini MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the security or technology sector.
  • Skills: Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
