Position:
Sales Account Executive

Salary:
£26,000 - £29,000 per annum (based on experience), plus commission following a successful probation period

Working Hours:
Office-based, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (early finish on Fridays at 4:00 pm)
Holidays: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process orders through email and phone, ensuring precise entry and fulfillment, while communicating stock availability and delivery timelines.
2. Drive sales by recommending related products, articulating features, and utilizing customer purchasing history.
3. Cultivate and advance opportunities from marketing initiatives, external sales, and national accounts.
4. Proactively seek enhancements in processes and prepare, generate, and follow up on quotations.
5. Oversee and address open customer orders and backorder reports, ensuring prompt delivery.
6. Report on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer insights to management.

Qualifications:
1. 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Strong multitasking abilities and effective teamwork skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to prospect and market concepts.
6. Capable of independently solving problems and identifying solutions.
7. Ability to work autonomously with general supervision and travel up to 25%.
