Job Title: Group HR Operations Coordinator

At DiverseJobsMatter, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Group HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will play a vital role in managing and streamlining our day-to-day HR processes, ensuring efficient operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide global HR support in areas of the employee life cycle, including HR Systems (Workday, HR Specialist Systems)
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and HR Business Partnering Teams
  • Manage and triage internal HR Operations ticketing system, assigning tasks to appropriate team members
  • Ensure all business processes in Workday are completed by relevant actors and are not pending, impacting the Payroll Team and employee life cycle transactions
  • Collaborate with the HR Technology Team to ensure employees and HR Studio Teams have up-to-date guides, job aids, and process flows
  • Perform regular auditing of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR
  • Support the administrative tasks of preparing relevant letters, references, and probation reviews, with a focus on automating these within Workday
  • Maintain and organize standardized employee files and documents within Workday
