About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our committed team. Your role will involve fostering a supportive and secure learning atmosphere for students with diverse additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
- Engage with students to help them achieve their maximum potential, both academically and personally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive educational environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching in a SEN setting with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A passion for special education and a commitment to student welfare.
