We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a mainstream primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students with Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties
- Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education
- Support students with their social and emotional needs, promoting independence and self-confidence
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Relevant degree from a reputable University
- Strong understanding of SEN and experience working with students with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
