Overview:
SENCare Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Instructor to join our team in a specialist educational environment. Our institution caters to primary and secondary students facing challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and emotional and behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Special Educational Needs Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere. Your duties will include:
  • Implementing effective behavior management strategies to promote positive social development among students.
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to enhance the educational experience of their children.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with students to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Managing challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Provision Maps as necessary.
  • Providing consistent support tailored to the unique needs of each pupil.
  • Encouraging cooperative interaction among students and engaging them in various activities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • A clear DBS check registered with the update service.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
