The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is on the lookout for a skilled F&B Supervisor who will oversee the Bar and Restaurant Team, ensuring ongoing training and support in collaboration with the Restaurant & Bar Manager.

As an F&B Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting the F&B Management in fostering an atmosphere that enhances staff morale, motivating the Team to take pride in the F&B outlets and utilize their skills to deliver exceptional service, thereby ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Consistently pursuing innovation and creativity in both product offerings and service delivery, aimed at boosting volume, maximizing sales, and ensuring consistent quality in the Bar and Restaurant.
  • Assisting F&B Management in developing and maintaining a Guest History Database, which includes details such as names, birthdays, preferred tables, usual drinks, and contact information.
  • Effectively addressing any complaints in the spirit of The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, and if necessary, escalating unresolved issues to the restaurant management on duty.
  • Taking charge of coordinating with the Back of House Manager to ensure a comprehensive inventory of chinaware, silverware, and glassware for the Bar is conducted monthly.

The essential skills required for the F&B Supervisor role include:

  • Strong communication skills within the department, ensuring that the Department Manager is kept informed of any issues or inquiries that arise.
  • A thorough understanding of COSHH regulations and Risk Assessments relevant to the department.
