**We are currently looking for a**
**F&B Reservationist to join F&B Central Reservations team at Edwardian Hotels London.**

**Overview**:

- The role of F&B Reservationist aims to co-ordinate and manage all administrative functions for the Reservations Department.
- As F&B Reservationist, you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant by supplying the correct reservation information to the relevant shift manager.
- Take reservations, cancellations, confirmations and assist the team in all operational tasks.
- Maintain communication with management regarding any issues or special requests in relation to guests and reservations.

**About You**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with OpenTable and other online booking channels would be beneficial.
- Have a close attention to detail.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Be enthusiast and passionate in your job.
- Have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Having customer-service experience is beneficial.
