We are looking for a F&B Supervisor for our pre-opening vibrant bistro and wine bar. Serving modern European cuisine complemented by an exciting global wine list.

The Role

As a F&B Supervisor, you will play a key part in creating meaningful experiences for our guests. You'll be at the heart of our restaurant operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the floor while maintaining high standards. You will need to ensure you demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Address guest complaints effectively and ensure that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
  • Supervise banking procedures, manage stock levels, and assist with achieving beverage cost targets through accurate inventory management.
  • Take charge of events within the hotel, ensuring they run smoothly and that guests enjoy a memorable experience.
  • Guide and motivate your staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct shift briefings and step in for F&B management when needed.
