The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is in search of a skilled F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee the Bar and Restaurant Team, providing continuous training and support in collaboration with the Restaurant & Bar Manager.

As the F&B Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting and supporting the F&B Management in fostering an atmosphere that enhances staff morale, motivating the Team to take pride in the F&B outlets and utilize their skills to deliver the highest standards of service, thereby ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Consistently pursuing innovation and creativity in products and services to boost volume, maximize sales, and profitability while delivering consistent quality service in both the Bar and Restaurant.
  • Collaborating with F&B Management to establish and maintain a Guest History Database, which includes details such as names, birthdays, preferred tables, usual drinks, and contact information.
  • Effectively addressing any complaints in the spirit of The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, and if necessary, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate restaurant manager.
  • Taking charge of coordinating with the Back of House Manager to ensure a comprehensive inventory of chinaware, silverware, and glassware for the Bar is conducted monthly.

The essential skills required for the F&B Operations Supervisor position include:

  • Strong communication skills within the department, ensuring that the Department Manager is kept informed of any issues or inquiries that arise.
  • A thorough understanding of COSHH regulations and Risk Assessments relevant to the department.
