Role Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Senior Process Engineer at our organization, you will be instrumental in steering the success of our initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading and executing process engineering tasks, ensuring that the utmost standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are upheld. Key Duties:

  • Spearhead the design, development, and execution of process engineering solutions.

  • Perform comprehensive process evaluations, simulations, and analyses to enhance performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate process engineering solutions into project execution strategies.
  • Guide junior engineers, promoting their professional advancement and growth within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in process engineering within the industrial domain, particularly focusing on chemical processes.
  • Strong command of process simulation software and engineering design tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, with a preference for COMAH.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
