About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, maximising business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clients and customers with a professional estate agency service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads, and building relationships with clients and customers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements with clients and customers, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and customer interactions, including sales agreements and correspondence.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of office IT systems, including CRM software and other sales tools.
