About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieving sales growth for the customer based in their defined territory.
  • Working with the sales manager, parts sales executive team, and others to achieve sales growth and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
  • Developing and building strong relationships with all customers.
  • Ensuring customer discounts are appropriately applied based on spend levels.
  • Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  • Maintaining own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.

About You

  • You will have customer account management experience with a real passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • You will have an interest in the automotive industry.
  • You will be IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • You will have a full clean UK driving licence.
  • You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
  • You will be performance orientated with selling and negotiation skills.
  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • You will be able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
  • You will have the ability to work with a team as well as on your own initiative.
