We're seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead all marketing initiatives, including managing and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your role will be instrumental in promoting our brand, generating leads, and ensuring that our message reaches the right audience both online and offline. You will take full ownership of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and brand visibility efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop the digital and social media marketing strategy for Homelium Ltd, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, the website, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints. Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Take full responsibility for managing our social media accounts, growing our follower base, and increasing engagement across all platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing) to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Strengthen Homelium Ltd's brand across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all messaging and visual elements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships, ensuring increased visibility in our target areas.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative abilities, with a flair for developing content that resonates with and engages target audiences.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and interpret marketing data to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
