Role Overview
Position: Support Worker
Location: Seaford, East Sussex
Salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) pro-rata plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compensated additionally at £50 per sleep.
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts: 7.00am to 3.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis.
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time, Permanent.
Essential Requirements:
- Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience or knowledge in supporting individuals with autism.
- Understanding of positive behaviour support and managing challenging behaviours.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
