About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and visual impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each person's needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK driving license and be willing to use the company vehicle.
  • Have a caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Have a positive attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
