Job Summary: As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, developing and evaluating care plans, and administering medicine safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of resident responses.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and address resident concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical best practices and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with the relevant professional body.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
