Salary: £45,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed term for 6 months

Responsible for overseeing Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham, AC by Marriott Birmingham, and Crowne Plaza Solihull

Are you a problem-solver who takes pride in ensuring operational excellence within our hotels? As the leader of the maintenance teams, you will collaborate with the General Manager to deliver outstanding experiences for both guests and team members. Your role will encompass maintaining external areas, public spaces, and guest accommodations.

You will manage a mix of scheduled projects, performance audits, and urgent repairs, guiding the maintenance team to foster a welcoming hotel atmosphere.

Our operations run 7 days a week, 365 days a year, necessitating flexible maintenance coverage. The maintenance team works varied shifts, allowing for adaptability in scheduling. Specific shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed during the interview process.
