Position Overview:
We are in search of a diligent and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to become a vital part of our maintenance team. Collaborating closely with our Maintenance Engineer, you will handle the daily maintenance and operational efficiency of the hotel's facilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general maintenance and repair duties throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment for both guests and staff.
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, minimizing disruptions to hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including tasks completed, materials utilized, and time spent on each task.
  • Report any concerns or areas for improvement to the management team, ensuring ongoing compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal impact on hotel services.
  • Engage in training and team meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and new initiatives.


Qualifications:
