Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure that costs are minimized and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance services are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and sustainability.
