Job Title: Regional Director of Revenue Management

Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our revenue management efforts in the UK region. As Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth across multiple hotels, driving business success, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of revenue managers to optimize revenue performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue management decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel general managers, revenue managers, and sales teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of revenue management experience in multiple hotels, preferably in luxury segments
  • University degree in business or hospitality
  • Strong background in rooms or sales revenue management
  • Experience working with automated revenue management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
