Location: This position is offered on a permanent basis with a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote work and office presence.

We are looking for a passionate and seasoned People Solutions Lead to become a vital part of our HR Shared Services team.

In this role, you will manage a team of skilled HR Specialists who provide expertise in various domains, including Employee Relations and Compensation. Your focus will be on enhancing the People Shared Services team to ensure a high-quality, centralized service for the organization. You will champion a culture of ongoing improvement, prioritize data accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the establishment and rollout of People Shared Services initiatives for new regions or service offerings.
  • Partner with HR and legal departments to navigate complex employee relations challenges.
  • Assist in operational readiness for the launch of new systems or processes.
  • Supervise cyclical tasks, including the annual performance review, salary adjustments, bonuses, and promotions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Develop and implement people processes across various countries utilizing technology platforms.
  • Manage HR cases for senior executives, including the design and provision of a customized VIP service.

About You:

  • Expert in employee relations with comprehensive knowledge across all ER and change management areas.
  • Significant experience with TUPE, Organizational Design, and Union relations.
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application.
  • Proven track record in establishing a HR Shared Services team and/or expanding its scope (processes and geography).
  • Inspirational leader with a history of coaching, developing, and motivating teams in hybrid or remote settings.
  • Strong persuasive abilities to foster support for change and achieve excellence.
